These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OECS Learning Hub ("Platform," "Service," or "we," "our," "us") operated by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform. The materials contained in this Platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Platform Description
The OECS Learning Hub is an educational technology platform designed to support educators across the Eastern Caribbean region. Our Platform provides:

- AI-powered educational assistance
- Professional development resources
- Collaborative teaching tools and platforms
- Assessment and evaluation frameworks
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by educators, educational professionals, and authorized personnel. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OECS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share on the Platform. By posting content, you grant OECS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for educational purposes within the Platform.
Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain content from third-party sources. OECS does not endorse or assume responsibility for such content. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any third-party content.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

Changes to Terms
OECS reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
