Preparation

Step-by-Step Instructions
- 1Gather children to see obstacle course
- 2Demonstrate each station: hop through hoops, crawl under rope, etc.
- 3Explain taking turns and cheering for others
- 4Start with one group while others watch
- 5Encourage effort and celebrate completion
- 6Let each child go through 2-3 times
- 7Modify obstacles for different abilities
- 8End with group celebration of everyone's efforts
